Job Responsibilities
The New Business Development team will work on holistic solutions in a bid to create and evolve an outcomebased approach in Guarding Services. The team will spearheaded by the General Manager Sales as a guiding force. Drive the companys growth into new geographies segments/sectors and product partnerships.
If you are a problem solver can think holistically both at a strategic and tactical level enjoy working with people understand technological leverage and create and implement solutions then lets have a chat. Responsible for Corporate (B2B) Sales for India Business spread in every corner of IndiaSpearhead the Business Development for India by driving the sales managers at various branchesDefine drive and exceed the sales targets as defined in the business plan.Designing & implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures its strongpresence.Responsible for Lead Generation and conversions for corporate sales penetrate the new territories an industriesAcquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements in Security and FM space.Focus both in large RFPs and mid segment key account business in Diversified IndustriesDevelop relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition Manage KeyAccount Organic Growth.

Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into longlasting relationships.Prepare and present regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Sales Projections
Collaborate with sales operations supply chain contracts & finance to develop detailed commercial proposals using the costing tools and templates provided.Act as emergency/escalation contact window for key new customers.Strong acumen towards salesMust be an extrovert with an inclination to meet people.Strong sense of logic and ability to negotiateExcellent written and oral communicationAbility to think in a strategic mannerAbility to analyze data and convert into knowledgeAbility to work crossfunctionallyCreative ability to connect seemingly disparate informationMarket knowledge & Sector understandingTactful and Persuasive
EducationBachelor s degree (Required) with MBA in Sales and Marketing (Preferable)8 years of relevant experience in Sales with at least 3 years in Security sales guarding company or manpowerdriven industry Corporate (B2B) SalesExcellent verbal and written communication skills (written and verbal) appropriate for engaging a diverse range of audiences and stakeholders;Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels across the business functions and influence senior management/directors and wider stakeholders;
