JobResponsibilities
TheNew Business Development team will work on holistic solutions in abid to create and evolve an outcomebased approach in GuardingServices. The team will spearheaded by the GeneralManager Sales as a guiding force. Drive the companysgrowth into new geographies segments/sectors and productpartnerships.
Ifyou are a problem solver can think holistically both at a strategicand tactical level enjoy working with people understandtechnological leverage and create and implement solutions then letshave a chat. Responsible for Corporate (B2B)Sales for India Business spread in every corner ofIndiaSpearhead the Business Development forIndia by driving the sales managers at variousbranchesDefine drive and exceed the salestargets as defined in the businessplan.Designing & implementing astrategic sales plan that expands the companys customer base andensures itsstrongpresence.Responsiblefor Lead Generation and conversions for corporate sales penetratethe new territories an industriesAcquire athorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements inSecurity and FM space.Focus both in largeRFPs and mid segment key account business in DiversifiedIndustriesDevelop relationships with aportfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn tocompetition Manage KeyAccount OrganicGrowth.

EducationBachelors degree (Required) with MBA in Sales and Marketing(Preferable)8 years of relevant experiencein Sales with at least 3 years in Security sales guarding companyor manpowerdriven industry Corporate (B2B)SalesExcellent verbal and writtencommunication skills (written and verbal) appropriate for engaginga diverse range of audiences andstakeholders;Strong interpersonal skillswith the ability to build effective working relationships at alllevels across the business functions and influence seniormanagement/directors and widerstakeholders;
