This role is critical in driving pipeline generation, maintaining CRM hygiene, and ensuring the team meets its KPIs through process excellence and data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Hire, train, coach, and manage a team of SDRs to consistently meet pipeline generation targets.- CRM Hygiene: Own and enforce CRM best practices, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.- Process Optimization: Build scalable workflows for lead routing, follow-up cadences, and qualification criteria.- Performance Management: Track SDR activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked), analyze performance trends, and implement improvement strategies.- Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, AE team, and RevOps to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.- Reporting: Maintain dashboards and reports for leadership visibility on pipeline health and SDR productivity.- Enablement: Continuously improve SDR onboarding, training materials, and 4+ years of experience in Sales Development / Inside Sales, with 1-2 years in a managerial or team lead role.- Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) with a strong focus on data hygiene.- Proven ability to coach SDRs on prospecting, objection handling, and qualification.- Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to drive decisions.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Startup experience preferred comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Why Join Us- Be part of a high-growth AI startup building something game-changing.- Work closely with leadership and make a direct impact on revenue.- Collaborative, high-energy culture with room to innovate.
