Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SDR (Sales Development Representative) Manager to lead and grow our SDR team. This role is critical in driving pipeline generation, maintaining CRM hygiene, and ensuring the team meets its KPIs through process excellence and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Hire, train, coach, and manage a team of SDRs to consistently meet pipeline generation targets.

- CRM Hygiene: Own and enforce CRM best practices, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

- Process Optimization: Build scalable workflows for lead routing, follow-up cadences, and qualification criteria.

- Performance Management: Track SDR activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked), analyze performance trends, and implement improvement strategies.

- Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, AE team, and RevOps to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.

- Reporting: Maintain dashboards and reports for leadership visibility on pipeline health and SDR productivity.

- Enablement: Continuously improve SDR onboarding, training materials, and 4+ years of experience in Sales Development / Inside Sales, with 1-2 years in a managerial or team lead role.

- Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) with a strong focus on data hygiene.

- Proven ability to coach SDRs on prospecting, objection handling, and qualification.

- Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to drive decisions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Startup experience preferred comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
