We have a team of 100 people based in our offices in Gurgaon (HO) and Chennai.We work with most of the leading electronics & telecom brands (Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, OnePlus, etc.), as well as leading eCommerce companies (Amazon, Flipkart, TataCliq), to provide them with innovative ways to promote their offerings to gadget buyers.Studies show that 60% of all gadgets sold are researched online before purchase. 91mobiles' mission is to become the starting point & the best source for this researchAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic HR manager to collaborate with HR Head and Senior Management in driving the HR strategy aligned with organizational goals. You will design talent development programs, spearhead engagement initiatives, and implement rewards and recognition systems. With a focus on efficiency and automation, you'll play a pivotal role in organizational growth and creating a thriving workplace Understanding the organizational and functional goals, translating them into HR strategy and executing them.- Manage the entire spectrum of activities related to the employee life cycle (hiring to exit) including new hire processing, background verification, on-boarding, exits, maintenance of employee record, internal movements etc.- Design and implement talent development programs that align with the organization's strategic goals and enhance employee capabilities.- Foster a positive work environment and spearhead employee engagement initiatives.- Handle employee relation issues consistently, balancing business needs and company risk.- Managing the performance management & feedback cycles- Driving improvement initiatives. Automating processes and driving efficiencies.- Implementing rewards & recognition programs aimed at engaging employeesSkills required:- 8+ yrs of prior experience in working in a similar role, preferably in the internet/tech space Past experience in a start-up or small/mid-size company preferred, Experience in working as an- HR during acquisition will be a plus- Someone who has the maturity to work directly with the HR Head/senior management on strategies and execute the plans accordingly with minimal supervision- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills (ref:iimjobs.com)
