When such a team comes together, no vision seems unachievable, and everyone pushes to deliver outstanding results.Roles and Responsibilities: Market Expansion & Revenue GrowthLead the expansion ofCASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants & Elastomers) chemicalsin the U.S. and Europe market by identifying high-potential regions and acquiring untapped customers. Drive top-line growth andown complete P&L managementfor the vertical, ensuring increasedmarket share, profitability, and long-term sustainability. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to shape data-driven growth strategies.Sales Leadership & Team DevelopmentBuild and lead ahigh-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning. Mentor and develop talent to create future leaders and ensure team alignment with organizational objectives. Drive adoption ofbest-in-class sales practices, tools, and methodologies to maximize performance.Customer & Key Account ManagementOwn and manage strategic customer relationships through a structuredKey Account Managementapproach. Deepen customer engagement, improve retention, andgrow share of walletby positioning Elchemy as a trusted long-term partner. Ensure acustomer-first approach, balancing short-term targets with long-term value creation.Strategic Sales Planning & ExecutionDesign and execute comprehensivesales strategiesaligned with Elchemy’s growth vision and revenue goals for your vertical. Identify and prioritize high-impact sales opportunities; drive cross-functional execution across sourcing, operations, and finance. Take ownership oflead generation, opportunity conversion, and revenue acceleration across new and existing customer segments.Sourcing, Pipeline Development & ConversionManagesourcing and procurement specialists to ensuresupply chain alignmentwith market demand and sales goals. Drivepipeline developmentthrough targeted outreach, inbound strategies, and strategic partnerships. Lead sales closure efforts, ensuring a highconversion ratewhile maintaining healthy margins.Digital Enablement & InnovationChampion the use ofCRM, analytics, and sales automation toolsto enhance team productivity and customer engagement. Leverage data-driven insights for decision-making, territory planning, forecasting, and performance tracking. Continuously explore and implement innovations to improve the sales process and customer journey.Skills and Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in global markets. Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering revenue and margin growth. Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performance sales teams. Expertise in managing distributor networks, channel partners, and enterprise accounts. Ability to align team execution with overall business strategy and financial goals. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Strong techno-commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset. High emotional intelligence, ownership mindset, and commitment to results. Proficient in using CRM, analytics, and sales automation tools.
