The position will report to CEO/MD and Executive Leadership Team.Location- BangaloreCTC - between 80 - 90 lakhsExperience - Minimum 10 yearsCandidates must be having extensive experience in heading T&D function in FMCG /Food/Beverage or Consumer goods industryPLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN FMCG/ FMCD in T&DExperience in consumer products (not service) sales and manufacturing is essential for the roleIt's a National Head role based at Corporate officeYou may wish to follow us for other exciting opportunitieshttps://www.linkedin.com/company/the-practice-centre/Job Description:Objective:Title: National Head L&DLocation: Bangalore, Corporate HQNational Head L&D- Define and lead the Learning & Leadership Development charter aligned with business strategy - Assess enterprise-wide capability and leadership needs, addressing both business-critical skills and behavioural competencies - Act as executive coach for select leaders and engage appropriate internal/external coaches for others - Design and deliver leadership development journeys (coaching, rotations, executive education, industry connects) - Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to deliver functional capability programs and build a pool of internal trainers - Create and curate modern learning solutions (classroom, digital, simulations, case studies, role plays) - Manage learning platforms and content systems, ensuring accessibility, adoption, and impact - Establish measurement frameworks to evaluate effectiveness, ROI, and learner experience - Integrate global best practices (TCCC, external industry) into companies' programs - Facilitate collaborative leadership conversations that enhance decision-making and business outcomes - Build and manage a national network of training partners to deliver high-quality interventions - Champion culture-building and change leadership through strategic learning initiatives - Position is as an industry benchmark in learning and leadership developmentExperience and Qualifications •MBA from premier campus10+ years of experience in a leading FMCG/FMCD/ Consumer Goods industryIf you are interested, share your resume at nidhi@tpchr.in
