**Desired Qualification**: Minimum Graduate
**Desired Experience**: Minimum 7-10 Years experience in to Facility Management
**Industry preference**: Facility
- Responsible for growth of the Revenue size.
- Responsible for Heading business operations with P&L responsibility and realizing pre-planned sales/business development and revenue targets.
- Responsible for successfully set-up / transitioned new business namely, mobilization process, including training a professional team to help the business achieve desired goals.
- Responsible for achieving the targeted financial results of business as well as the budgeted deliverables for HR, Finance, Operations and Sales.
- Lead all the planning cycles (Strategic Planning, Yearly Operating Plan/Budget, Quarterly Forecasts, Weekly Sales Flash Reports, etc.)
with utmost care, high level of accuracy and thorough understanding of the business dynamics.
- Partner with different functions / business stakeholders to solve various operational / strategic level challenges faced by the organization
- Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches.
- Various Business development activities through Account management in the Govt. & PSU sectors directly or through Partners.
