That's why we say we curate a Culture of Possibilities — where every role is a gateway to transformation, innovation, and growth.To join this growth journey we invite application for Cluster P&L Lead based at DelhiKey Responsibilities of the role:- Own end-to-end Profit & Loss responsibility for the assigned cluster. - Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and profitability targets. - Drive top-line growth through expansion of product portfolio, customer base, and market share. - Monitor key financial metrics—sales, gross margin, operating costs, and EBITDA. - Optimize working capital by managing inventory turnover and credit collections. - Identify opportunities to improve margins through cost optimization - Maintain high standards of ethical business conduct and compliance with internal policies. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide strategic decisions. - Collaborate closely with corporate leadership, finance, procurement, sales and operations teams.
