  • Partner with senior stakeholders to address capability gaps through targeted, cross-functional learning solutions.
  • Drive innovation, measuring ROI and refining programs using data-driven insights to support organizational growth.
Requirements
  • 8 years in L&D, Learning Strategy, Content Design, and Facilitation.
  • Candidate must have experience of working in the Financial Services industry.
