About the job:Company Description:Krishna Defence and Allied Industries Ltd. is a leading manufacturer serving India's defence and security sectors. With strong in-house capabilities, we specialize in designing and producing critical equipment and components for the Indian Navy and Army, contributing actively to the Make in India initiative.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in ensuring compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements- Maintain statutory registers, records, and filings with ROC and other authorities- Support preparation and conduct of Board and Committee meetings and maintain minutes- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and legal advisors as required- Coordinate with internal teams on corporate governance and compliance matters- Assist in drafting policies, notices, resolutions, and reports- Ensure timely filings of annual returns, forms, and other statutory documents- Support management in corporate legal, secretarial, and regulatory mattersQualifications and Skills:- CS (Company Secretary) qualified or pursuing CS with 2 years of relevant experience- Knowledge of Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, SEBI regulations, and other statutory compliance- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or listed companies is preferred- Proficient in MS Office and document management- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skillsWhat We Offer?- Exposure to corporate governance and secretarial functions in a growing manufacturing/engineering company- Competitive compensation and career growth opportunities- Opportunity to work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams (ref:iimjobs.com)
