This is afull-time, on-site roleinHalol, Vadodara, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary manufacturing environment.The role may requireperiodic travel to company locations across Indiato support cost audits, inventory reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain cost accounting systems tailored to each business vertical.Analyze production costs, overheads, and operational expenses.Conduct variance analysis and report deviations from standard costs.Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations to ensure accurate cost allocation.Monitor inventory levels and reconcile physical counts with financial records.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports for management.Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning.Assist in audit preparation and ensure compliance with financial standards.Recommend cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.Analyze profitability by product, division, and customer.Participate in new product costing , pricing strategies, and margin analysis.Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.Support ERP implementation and data integrity for cost modules.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / CMA preferred).3–5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in engineering or manufacturing .Strong understanding of GAAP , standard costing , and ERP systems .Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate financial insights clearly.Experience with inventory management , BOMs, and production costing.Desirable SkillsHands-on experience with ERPNext , including setting up accounting policies, workflows, and administrative controls to ensure best practices in cost management and reporting.Knowledge of activity-based costing , lean accounting , and sustainability accounting .Experience in multi-vertical cost analysis and project-based environments .Exposure to automation , supply chain optimization , and cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis .Ability to manipulate large datasets and generate actionable dashboards.What's on OfferOpportunity to contribute meaningfully to a fast-growing, publicly listed company .Work from a centrally located South Mumbai office with excellent public transport access.Competitive compensation, benefits, and long-term career growth.A collaborative, innovation-driven workplace with pan-India operational exposure .How to ApplyInterested candidates are requested tosubmit their resume via LinkedIn.
