This is a full time role with our global engineering services & solutions client.Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our plant finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in plant accounting, product costing, and financial analytics, with hands-on experience in Oracle and Power BI. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple follow-ups, analyze variances, and support operational excellence through financial insights.Key Responsibilities:- Perform plant accounting and ensure accurate financial reporting.- Review product costing and inventory valuation in line with company policies.- Review OPEX and perform variance analysis to support cost control initiatives.- Prepare and analyse MIS reports, GL accounts, and AP transactions.- Utilize Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues through persistent follow-ups.- Support inventory management and ensure compliance with internal controls.- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization activities.- Maintain documentation and support audits as required.- Leverage Oracle ERP for financial data extraction and reporting.Required Skills & Qualifications:- A cost accountant/CMA degree is Must.- 4+ years onwards of experience in plant finance, costing, or manufacturing accounting.- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Oracle ERP.- Good communication, listening, and observation skills.- Ability to work with dedication, sincerity, and ownership.- Capable of managing multiple follow-ups and ensuring task closure.Personal Attributes:- Obedient, sincere, and committed to delivering high-quality work.- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
