Since 1996, we've supported the Indian Government by reducing dependence on imports and promoting 'Make in India' products. Our manufacturing capabilities include precise assemblies and critical components with close tolerances, backed by specialized fabrication facilities and multi-level inspections throughout production.Your Role:- As a Cost Auditor, you'll play a key role in driving compliance, efficiency, and cost optimization.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct cost audits as per Cost Accounting Records Rules (CARR) & Companies (Cost Records and Audit) Rules, 2014- Review and validate cost records, cost sheets, and production/inventory valuations- Ensure compliance with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and statutory audit requirements- Analyze cost data to identify variances and opportunities for optimization- Prepare cost audit reports, working papers, and statutory filings- Collaborate with finance, production & operations teams for reconciliation and data accuracy- Provide recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvementQualifications & Skills:- CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) or Semi-qualified CMA- Minimum 3 years' experience in cost audit / cost accounting (manufacturing or engineering industry)- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally); ERPNext proficiency is a bonus- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset- Ability to work independently and meet deadlinesWhat We Offer:- A role with visibility across finance & operations- Competitive compensation aligned with industry standards- Growth opportunities within a dynamic manufacturing setup (ref:iimjobs.com)
