With a strong presence in the industry, we are expanding rapidly and looking for dynamic professionals to join our leadership team.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Accounts and Finance function of the company- Oversee day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements as per statutory requirements- Manage working capital, cash flows, and fund flow efficiently- Monitor cost controls, MIS reporting, and internal financial processes- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations- Liaise with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and government authorities- Implement and improve ERP/financial systems for better control and accuracy- Support senior management with financial insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, ensuring efficiency and accuracyMandatory Qualifications and Skills:- CA / CMA (India) / CFA / MBA (Finance) with a strong accounting and finance background- Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounts/Finance, preferably in an Engineering or Manufacturing company- In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation (direct and indirect), and statutory compliance- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
