Prepare and submit tenders throughGovernment e-Marketplace (GeM), Central e-Procurement, State e-Procurement, and variousPSU portals. Thorough understanding ofe-Procurement modules, including bid types (percentage/rate-wise),Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)usage, and tender documentation formats. Conductonline/offline tendering, including participation ine-auctions and reverse auctionson public and government platforms. Identify and evaluate relevant tenders by analyzing scope of work, eligibility criteria, and compliance requirements. Draftpre-bid queriesand attendpre-bid meetings(online/offline) to gather insights and clarifications. Evaluate tenders from atechno-commercialperspective to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Prepare and compilebid documents, annexures, costing sheets, andcompliance matricesas per tender formats and norms. Monitor and follow up on tenders, ensuring timely clarification and coordination with stakeholders. Handlecontract management, sub-contracts, vendor management, procurement, and sourcing activities. Coordinate withOEMs, vendors, and clientsfor solution alignment and proposal finalization. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare compellingtechnical and commercial proposals. Ensure high quality, accuracy, and responsiveness in all client and partner interactions. Maintain expertise in tools likeMS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and PDF/document editing software. Ensure strict adherence to compliance and documentation standards required by public procurement.
