Position: Manager
Exp: 12-20 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Business Development and Licensing
- Building business relationships with new potential clients ,
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Preparation of business case, commercial proposals, negotiations of agreements, deal execution and closures
- Liaising with B2B key accounts in terms of coordination of product registrations, launch, production planning, organization of deliveries, monitoring of sales plan execution, as well as maintaining good relations
- To develop formulation business , especially the contract manufacturing services of finished pharmaceutical products in Oral Solid Dosage Formats of Capsules
- Explore US, Europe, Canada and other Regulated markets/ companies for New projects
- Identifying potential territory, and new customers and To coordinate supplies / orders of existing products and develop new products with new clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent experience
- 10-12 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
