About the Role – GTM Engineer We’re looking for a GTM Engineer who can bridge the gap between product, marketing, and engineering to build and scale revenue-focused workflows. If you’re a technically sound, detail-oriented operator with deep expertise in automation, enrichment, lead routing, and tool integrations, we’d love to connect. This role is ideal for someone with strong growth engineering instincts, a passion for tooling, and the ability to build data-driven, automated GTM pipelines using cutting-edge platforms like Clay, n8n, make.com, and more. Key Responsibilities: Design and manage scalable GTM workflows leveraging tools such as Clay, Apollo, Lusha, and Sales Navigator. Build outreach automation frameworks using tools like Phantombuster, Smartlead, Instantly, Prospectoo, Clay, and make.com. Develop lead sourcing, enrichment, and routing pipelines using advanced automation tools like n8n and Zapier. Leverage Clay’s advanced enrichment workflows to: Automatically enrich leads via LinkedIn, company data, and verified emails Deploy intelligent condition-based routing for outbound sequences Combine APIs to build prospecting logic inside Clay tables Integrate and configure platforms across the GTM stack, including Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, and outbound/email platforms. Partner with Product, Content, and Sales teams to run high-impact campaigns powered by real-time lead intelligence and personalization. Monitor campaign and system performance using KPIs like response rates, conversions, bounce rates, and pipeline velocity. Maintain data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance across marketing and outreach operations. Identify opportunities to improve speed, scale, and conversion via new tools and workflow iterations. Key Tools You’ll Work With Automation & Workflow Builders: 2-6 years experience using - Clay, n8n, make.com, Zapier, Phantombuster Enrichment Tools: Clearbit, Hunter, Dropcontact, People Data Labs, BuiltWith, Snow.io CRMs & Outreach: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Prospectoo Data Management & QA: Google Sheets, Airtable, Email Verifiers, Email Permutators Web Scraping & Intelligence: LinkedIn Search, Google Maps API, Wayback Machine, Twitter/X lookup, Crunchbase Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. 2–6 years of experience in growth engineering, sales ops, marketing automation, or similar roles in B2B SaaS or digital environments. Strong hands-on experience with GTM tools like Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, Phantombuster, etc. Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and marketing automation platforms. Analytical mindset with a strong grip on numbers, funnels, and GTM KPIs. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setup.
