As we enter a high-growth phase, we’re looking for a senior leader to build, lead, and scale our entire growth function — across marketing and sales. You’ll join at a pivotal moment: VoizPanda has product-market fit and is now ready to scale. You’ll shape how we grow, what we measure, who we target — and how we build a scalable revenue engine in a fast-evolving AI category. What This Role Is About This is not just a marketing role . This is a high-impact growth leadership position with full accountability for revenue. You’ll drive customer acquisition, scale inbound and outbound funnels, close B2B deals, and build new channels. You’ll be the growth engine behind VoizPanda’s expansion in India and beyond. What You’ll Own Design and execute VoizPanda’s full Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy Own the entire customer acquisition journey — from campaign to close Build and lead both performance marketing and enterprise sales teams Develop scalable partner ecosystems (BPOs, tech integrators, resellers) Run and optimize inbound + outbound funnels (LinkedIn, Google, SDR/AE) Track and drive growth metrics: CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, MRR Create playbooks for positioning, pricing, demos, and negotiations Collaborate with founders, product, and engineering to turn insights into strategy What You Bring 8–12 years of experience leading marketing, sales, or GTM for B2B SaaS or AI products Proven track record of scaling ARR from early stage to ₹10–20 Cr+ Hands-on with performance channels (LinkedIn, Google), CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), and growth analytics Strong understanding of B2B buying cycles and tech partnerships Data-driven mindset — fluent in CAC, LTV, payback, funnel math Bonus: Exposure to Voice AI, Generative AI, or Automation SaaS Immediate Joiners Only (available to join within 1 week) Please Apply
