Job Title : Head of Sales Company : Capitalmind Asset Management Private Limited Work Location : Bangalore (Work from Office) About Capitalmind: Capitalmind Asset Management Private Limited manages the Capitalmind Mutual Fund, seeded by its parent and sponsor, Capitalmind Financial Services Private Limited. Led by CEO Deepak Shenoy, we offer multiple mutual fund schemes for retail, HNI, and corporate investors. Our experienced team spans fund management, compliance, risk, marketing, investor services, and operations. With a strong focus on technology and investor education, we aim to make investing simpler and more accessible for Indian investors through insightful analysis and clear communication. Required Qualification and Skills: Experience: 12–15 years in mutual fund or financial product distribution, with a proven track record in growing AUM and managing teams. Education: MBA from a premier B-school preferred. Relevant certifications (NISM, AMFI) a plus. Skills: Strong leadership, business development, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities. Mindset: Entrepreneurial, results-driven, high-integrity professional with strategic thinking and hands-on execution ability. Mobility: Willingness to travel regularly to key markets and client locations. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Grow AUM across channels: Drive business through corporate treasuries, wealth distribution platforms, family offices, HNIs, RIAs, IFAs, and distributor-led sales. Institutional Coverage: Secure large allocations from corporate treasuries and institutional investors, especially in liquid and debt funds. Platform and Partner Management: Deepen distribution via fintech and digital platforms; build strategic partnerships with key wealth channels. Family Office & HNI: Develop relationships and connects with Family Offices and HNIs, positioning Capitalmind’s unique investment philosophy as a differentiator. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop sales plans, forecasts, and performance dashboards. Execute with clear accountability. Regular Plan Growth: Drive specific initiatives to increase AUM through Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs) and lump-sum investments in Regular Mutual Fund plans, enhancing the stable long-term asset base Compliance Alignment: Ensure full compliance with SEBI/AMFI regulations in all sales and distribution activities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, compliance, and operations to align on go-to-market and investor experience. Team Building: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance pan-India sales team. Define structure, KPIs, and growth plans.
