We are entering a high-scale expansion phase and are looking for a strong Growth & Marketing Lead to spearhead our next stage of growth. About the Role We are hiring a high-ownership Head of Growth & Marketing who will be responsible for driving revenue, scaling customer acquisition, and building the marketing engine for a home construction brand. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will personally execute marketing activities, manage interns, run all acquisition channels, and gradually build a full marketing team as revenue scales. You will work closely with founders to shape the brand, drive demand, and position Assurance Developers as the most trusted home construction brand in our markets. Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue & Growth Ownership Fully own customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue-driven marketing. Build a predictable pipeline of qualified construction inquiries (homeowners, real estate investors, plot owners). Deploy and optimize performance marketing (Google, Meta, local platforms, portals). Build funnel strategies that convert cold audiences into high-intent construction leads. Identify scalable channels—digital, referral, broker partnerships, offline marketing, and influencer collaborations. 2. Marketing Execution (Initial Phase) Lead all marketing operations end-to-end while the team is small. Plan and run campaigns for: Construction packages New service offerings City expansions Client testimonials & project videos Manage interns and freelancers for content creation, social media, and on-ground activities. Build the brand personality: trust-first, reliable, high-quality construction. 3. Brand Building in the Construction Market Produce compelling narratives about trust, quality, process, and transparency. Build a strong digital presence on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and local listing platforms. Drive video-led storytelling: site updates, time-lapse videos, walkthroughs, and customer testimonials. Create high-trust messaging and construction education content for homeowners. 4. Partnership Development Develop partnerships with architects, material suppliers, brokers, lenders, and landowners. Build referral engines that drive consistent high-intent construction leads. Manage relationships with channel partners and local ecosystem stakeholders. 5. Build the Marketing Team (Once Scaling Begins) Design the marketing department structure (performance, content, design, brand, partnerships). Hire specialists and establish SOPs, dashboards, and reporting systems. Scale content operations, video production, and on-ground marketing teams. 6. Data, Strategy & Leadership Set and monitor KPIs: CAC, lead quality, funnel conversion, ROI. Use market research to identify new locations, customer segments, and expansion opportunities. Collaborate with sales, operations, and construction teams to ensure aligned messaging and customer experience. Contribute to pricing, service package positioning, and GTM strategy. What Success Looks Like A strong and reliable inflow of high-quality construction project inquiries. A recognizable and trusted brand in the home construction space. Efficient and data-driven acquisition systems driving consistent scale. A fully established marketing team running all functions smoothly. Significant expansion across cities and service categories. Who You Are Must-Have 4–10 years of growth/performance marketing experience (real estate, construction, home services, or D2C preferred). Deep understanding of lead generation for high-ticket services. High ownership — comfortable leading everything end-to-end initially. Proficiency in digital ads, funnel building, CRM tools, and analytics. Excellent storytelling and content direction skills. Nice-to-Have Experience in home construction, interior design, real estate marketing, or related service industries. Past experience scaling revenue and building teams. Proven experience in lead generation for high-ticket services (home construction, interiors, real estate, home services, or similar). Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth , not just brand/awareness campaigns. Experience running end-to-end digital marketing campaigns: Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, SEO, Social Media, Retargeting. Background in building funnels and acquisition systems that convert cold audiences into high-intent leads. Experience working in or with home construction, real estate, building materials, interiors, or D2C service brands (preferred but not mandatory). Prior experience managing interns or small teams , and readiness to build a full marketing team over time.
