Job Title: Technical Consultant / Demo & Tools Engineer – Presales Location: Malaysia / Singapore / India About the Role We are hiring a Technical Consultant / Demo & Tools Engineer to build, maintain, and enhance our global presales demo environments and PoC sandboxes. This role works closely with Solution Architects and Solution Consultants to bring the product to life — showcasing real-world use cases, integrations, automation flows, and innovation capabilities. This role ensures our presales team delivers high-impact demos, tailored PoCs, and scalable demo architectures across HCM, Payroll, and ecosystem integrations. Key Responsibilities: 1.Demo & PoC Engineering Build, configure and maintain demo environments and industry demo scenarios Setup PoCs , data sets, workflows, integrations, dashboards & test automation flows Prepare industry demo scripts, personas, datasets , and use-case libraries Manage environment security, version sync with product releases 2.Tools & Automation Develop scripts, automation tools, and utilities that accelerate demo readiness Maintain demo content updates aligned with product releases 3.Enablement & Support Support solution consultants with demo technical setup Provide technical troubleshooting during customer sessions Train presales teams on demo tools, configurations, and best practices 4.Cross-Team Collaboration Partner with Product & Engineering on environment deployment and updates Support Product Marketing on demo content, innovation showcases & event environments Requirements: 2–5 years’ experience in technical consulting, product engineering, HRIS support or presales engineering Hands-on configuration experience in SaaS systems, workflows, integrations Familiarity with APIs, cloud environments, data mapping, security frameworks Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting capability Ability to transform business use cases into demo flows Good interpersonal and communication skills, technical documentation Preferred Experience with HCM / Payroll / ERP systems like SAP SF / Oracle HCM / Workday etc., Understanding of SaaS architecture, SSO, and integration standards Knowledge of BI tools, reporting, or UX/automation platforms Comfortable scripting or working with data tools (SQL, postman/API testing, etc.) Why Join Us Become the core engine behind presales demo excellence Drive innovation in demo automation & PoC experience Work across Solutions, Product, Engineering & GTM functions High-growth role with potential path into Solution Architecture or Technical Product roles
