Position Overview:- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Collection Manager to support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across teams.- The Assistant Manager will assist in planning, supervising, and executing business processes while acting as a bridge between employees and management.- This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Manager in overseeing day-to-day business operations.- Supervise and guide team members to achieve departmental goals.- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.- Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are followed.- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency.- Resolve issues, escalate concerns when needed, and implement solutions promptly.- Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory (if applicable).- Support in employee training, onboarding, and performance evaluations.- Contribute to strategic planning and process improvements.- Step in for the Manager during absences, ensuring continuity of operations. Qualifications:- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).- 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with ERP/CRM tools is a plus.- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage teams.- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
