Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Collection Manager. The Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collection process by managing a team, setting collection goals, and designing strategies to enhance efficiency. Daily tasks involve monitoring and reviewing collections metrics, handling complex cases, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders to maximize recovery rates and minimize loss.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing collection processes and team management skills
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and assess collection performance
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle complex cases and interact with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and company policies related to collections
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for collection management
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the financial services sector is a plus
