Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Collection Manager / Team Leader / State Head at RING. The role involves overseeing daily collection activities, managing and leading a team, and ensuring the achievement of collection targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing collection strategies, analyzing collection reports, and coordinating with various departments to resolve issues. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, monitoring their performance, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Experience in developing and implementing collection strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze collection reports
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate with various departments
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
