Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager who will take complete ownership of Pointo's digital presence and social media strategy.

The ideal candidate will lead our digital campaigns, manage all social media accounts, and ensure Pointo's voice is consistent, engaging, and impactful across platforms.

Key Responsibilities


Social Media

Manage and take end-to-end ownership of all Pointo social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

Create, manage, and publish content calendars in alignment with brand goals

Coordinate with design/content teams to produce high-quality visuals and captions

Monitor performance and insights regularly; optimize for growth and engagement

Build and maintain brand tone and community engagement across platforms


Digital Marketing

Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads

Optimize campaigns for lead generation, reach, and performance

Track metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools

Work with internal teams and external vendors to manage ad creatives and media buying


Brand & Campaign Support

Collaborate with marketing and field teams to align online content with on-ground activations

Drive digital visibility for new product launches, recruitment, and announcements

Draft and manage copy for posts, ads, and other brand communications

Requirements

3-4 years of proven experience in social media management and digital marketing

Strong portfolio of managing social accounts end-to-end

Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and basic analytics tools

Excellent understanding of content trends, design coordination, and platform growth tactics

Good communication and copywriting skills

Prior experience in a startup or product-focused brand is a plus

Ability to work independently and take full ownership of social/digital responsibilities
