Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Dharmatala (Kolkata)

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 3–4 Years

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30PM

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and manage online marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing and digital campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Create engaging content and manage all social media accounts to increase engagement and followers.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Run paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads) and optimize them for better ROI.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create impactful visuals and messages.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in digital and social media marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and online branding.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
