We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing & Office Assistant to join our team. This role combines digital marketing, business development, and office operations, offering an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to grow with the company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, managing online and offline campaigns, generating business leads, and supporting daily office operations. The role comes with a consolidated monthly pay plus performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition through digital and telemarketing channels
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve visibility and reach
  • Create and manage content for social media, website, and marketing materials
  • Oversee social media management (posting, engagement, analytics)
  • Design and run email marketing campaigns to nurture leads
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
  • Perform tele sales and follow-ups with potential clients
  • Organize and conduct awareness programs, webinars, and client sessions
  • Manage CRM software for lead tracking and client management
  • Provide general office administrative support when required

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business promotion, marketing, or sales
  • Digital Marketing experience will be given preference

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM software
  • Creative thinker with strong content writing and presentation skills
  • Proactive learner with a keen interest in emerging digital tools and techniques
