Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized
Marketing Coordinator
to support Pointo's growing marketing operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate between departments, manage marketing collateral, assist in campaign execution, and ensure smooth communication between the field, operations, and digital teams.

This role requires someone who thrives under pressure, can multitask effectively, and takes full ownership of timelines and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities


Campaign Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (on-ground & digital).
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for campaign readiness and logistics.
  • Maintain detailed records of all campaign assets, budgets, and vendor communications.


Marketing Collaterals & Branding

  • Ensure branding consistency across all regional campaigns and retail touchpoints.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams for timely printing, dispatch, and setup.


Cross-Departmental Coordination

  • Liaise between marketing, operations, and finance teams for approvals, reports, and payments.
  • Support reporting and documentation of campaign performance.
  • Help align on-ground activities with digital promotions and content plans.


Administrative & Reporting Tasks

  • Maintain campaign calendars, budget sheets, and inventory trackers.
  • Support the marketing manager with reports, lead sheets, and creative approvals.
  • Ensure all marketing requests are logged and executed within deadlines.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, brand operations, or campaign management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Experience in handling
    cross-departmental operations
    and vendor coordination.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Bengali).
  • Prior experience in a
    startup
    or
    product-based brand
    is a plus.
