Job Title: Business Development Executive/Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive/Manager with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT sales, website & app development, staff augmentation, and data analytics. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in flexible shifts (day as well as night) and be available for 6 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth in the IT sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the delivery team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business expansion.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing agreements.
- Work closely with the project delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in IT sales, website & app development, staff augmentation, and data analytics is a must.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in the shift and on weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
