Large coaching institutes are considering it as a solution to reduce student suicide incidents, while schools see it as a remedy for "Social Media & Gaming Driven Attention Disorder" among students. 


WachMe can enhance data safety, enable staff monitoring, and create social media-free work environments in hospitals, hotels, airports, and factories. The UP Government has lauded WachMe as a valuable product under the Nirbhaya scheme.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales deals. The role requires conducting market research, identifying potential customers, and developing effective sales strategies.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in lead generation and customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of market research and analysis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Familiarity with the safety industry or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
