Inside Sales Executives

Overview:As an Inside Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying contacting and converting potential leads into customers. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the needs of engineering prospects and effectively promote our products and services to meet those needs. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential leads through various channels such as phone calls emails and social media to understand their requirements
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities to maximize sales revenue
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and nurturing
- Utilize sales techniques and persuasive communication to overcome objections and close sales
- Track and report on sales activities and customer feedback using CRM systems
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors activities to identify potential opportunities and threats
- Participate in sales meetings training and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product availability pricing and delivery
- Bachelors degree in Engineering in Computer Science ECE or related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to understand technical product details and effectively communicate them to customers
- Customercentric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs
