Position Overview:

The Appointment Generation Specialist will be responsible for generating qualified appointments through strategic outreach and engagement. This role requires an individual with experience in planning and hosting events, webinars, and working with influencers, particularly from communities. The ideal candidate will also be adept at researching industry and market trends, enriching accounts, and will excel in nurturing campaigns, outbound email marketing, and initiating reach outs via to drive leads and appointments for the sales team.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation: Proactively generate and qualify leads by leveraging influencer connections, communities, and various online platforms.

Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team by engaging prospects through targeted outreach and follow-ups.

Event & Webinar Management: Plan, organize, and host events and webinars in collaboration with influencers and industry experts to generate interest and leads.

Campaign Nurturing: Develop and execute nurturing campaigns to maintain and grow relationships with potential leads.

Outbound Email Marketing: Craft and send compelling email campaigns to engage prospects and drive appointment setting.

Outreach: Initiate and manage outreach campaigns to generate leads and secure appointments.

Industry & Market Research: Research industry and market trends to identify opportunities and enhance account profiles with relevant data and insights.

Account Enrichment: Continuously enrich and update account information to improve targeting and personalization efforts.

Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on key metrics related to lead generation and appointment setting. Analyze data to refine strategies and improve results.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless lead handoff process.


Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience working with influencers and managing communities.
  • Demonstrated ability to research industry and market trends and enrich account/prospects information’s through various search technique’s using search engines, tools, etc.

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in using for networking and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools and CRM software.
  • Strong research, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
