At Closer, we partner with some of the most exciting brands in the Skincare, Wellness & Fitness space, helping them grow through Influencer Marketing & UGC Ads. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales ( mandatory experience in Influencer Marketing )

- About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of Closer’s growth journey — identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals that expand our portfolio. You’ll be the voice of our agency to brands, helping them understand how influencer marketing can directly drive impact.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Influencer Marketing & UGC Ads
- Pitch Closer’s services to potential clients and craft tailored proposals
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads across relevant categories (Skincare, Wellness, Fitness, Fashion, Fintech, etc.)
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Partner with the Client Servicing team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business
- Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize strategies
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in Influencer Marketing (agency side)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to scale both clients and career
