Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented CRM & Operations Executive (0-2) to support our customer relationship management and day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring smooth business operations, maintaining client satisfaction, and enhancing overall customer service quality.

Key Responsibilities:


Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Assist in managing and maintaining the CRM system to ensure accurate customer data and interactions.
  • Assist in the execution and management of customer loyalty programs, ensuring smooth operations and continuous engagement with clients.
  • Support the development and execution of customer engagement strategies.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Track customer feedback, and coordinate with teams to improve customer experience.
  • Help in preparing CRM reports and performance analysis for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in creating personalized communication (emails, newsletters, etc.) for customers.


Operations:

  • Support day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring efficient business processes.
  • Assist in inventory management, logistics, and order processing.
  • Help in coordinating with various departments (sales, marketing, and customer support) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures, and deadlines.
  • Track and report on key operational metrics, helping identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with the operations team to optimize workflows and efficiency.
  • On site role - Mohali.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software or willingness to learn (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
