Job Description :


Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement the regional channel sales strategy in alignment with the company's overall business goals.
  • Identify potential channel partners and develop strategies to engage and onboard them.
  • Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel sales performance.

Partner Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners to ensure favourable terms for the company.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide necessary support to maximize sales and revenue.

Market Expansion

  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to penetrate these markets through partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Sales Management

  • Drive channel sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional programs and campaigns tailored for partners.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure cohesive strategies and operations.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on channel performance and market conditions.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the electronics industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed business decisions.
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team.
