The candidate will be responsible for financial oversight and analysis within the organization. It involves managing financial aspects such as budgeting, cost control and financial reporting and also to be responsible for financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and providing insights into the company's financial performance.


  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
  • Influence and support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement cost conduct strategies.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop dashboards and management reporting tools.
  • Support long-term strategic planning efforts within the function.
  • Participate in Cross-cultural projects and initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement with finance team.

  • Evaluate investment opportunities and capital projects from a financial perspective.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

6. Risk Management:

  • Identify and assess financial risks.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

7. Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
  • Leverage technology to automate and streamline financial processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team.


OTHER TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR EXPERTISE:

  • Proficiency in financial analysis techniques, including ratio analysis, cost-volume-profit analysis, and financial modelling.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, used for financial management and supply chain integration.
  • Ability to Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
