Role Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and fostering client relationships. The role will involve day-to-day sales activities, reporting, and collaborating with the marketing team.


Qualifications

  • Must have an agency background
  • Sales Strategy Development, Sales Leadership, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • 3-4 years of experience is required
  • Knowledge of digital advertising and marketing trends
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
  • Proven track record in sales within the advertising industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
