Roles & Responsibilities:


• Responsible for Credit Underwriting of Education Loan.

• Responsible for development of credit & risk management strategies for loan acquisition, ensuring sustainable business growth and a healthy portfolio.

• Setting up process structure for credit risk & quality framework including the policy, Early warning Signals, post-disbursement monitoring process, etc.

• Managing portfolio, delinquency, PDD, vendors, etc. within TAT and in compliant manner.

• Engaged in development, automation, implementation, review and monitoring of various credit policies, scorecard-based decision process, products improving revenues, making relevant changes in scorecard policies & process-based portfolio behavior.

Candidate Profile

• Overall experience in Credit & Underwriting - 2 to 4 years.
