**Job Description**:
**Primary role purpose**:
The role will report into the Managing Director of Inmarsat India Pvt Limited and work closely with the Inmarsat Indian account team, London based Credit control, Billing BU’s & other departments.
- Take full ownership of the credit management duties, managing the full collection cycle including payment plans, stop supplies, dispute management and ensuring customer accounts are fully reconciled, leveraging technology utilizing the company's credit management platform.
- Support the Inmarsat India team and global credit management team with credit collection activities from customers, such as BSNL, while building active staff relationship with key clients, GCM team, Sales team & Business Units.
- Working closely with GCM, GCS, Billing & Revenue assurance teams in London in checking invoices on behalf of billing, providing BSNL & other key customers updates / assistance in understanding and clearing invoices.
- Identification and escalation to management regarding customer situations requiring urgent attention. Staying current with billing system and product information, changes and updates.
- Assist Indian and global sales teams/account managers with ad hoc projects and other work, on as required basis.
- The role requires understanding the BSNL payment process and working closely with BSNL Corporate and Ghaziabad teams to ensure all steps are followed and timely payments are disbursed to Inmarsat.
- The role requires to follow payments with the CFAs of end customers like Indian Navy, Indian coast Guard, Shipping corporation of India, etc. so that they disburse payments on time to BSNL for onward disbursements to Inmarsat.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential Knowledge and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree from a renowned Indian university.
- 5 plus working experience with BSNL mainly in collections.
- Experience in using an AI powered order to cash platform.
- Experience of Account management with Government customers will be an added advantage.
- Telecom industry or Satellite communication’s background preferred.
- Currently doing business with BSNL for government projects.
