Client Delivery Manager, Credit Reports

We are seeking a Client Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery for one of our Credit Information division. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of credit reports to clients while maintaining high standards of client service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in managing client-facing delivery teams, a strong understanding of credit reporting, and the ability to work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery Excellence: Manage the complete delivery process of credit reports to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns regarding credit report services, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues in the credit report delivery process, liaising with technology and operations teams to implement solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of credit reports and delivery processes, implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance service quality.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team dedicated to the production and delivery of credit reports, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Operational Coordination: Collaborate with operational and technology departments to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes that facilitate efficient report delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain key performance indicators for tracking service delivery metrics, client satisfaction, and team performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in service delivery management, preferably within the financial services or credit reporting industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of the credit reporting industry and related regulatory standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of CRM software and other business intelligence tools.
