Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager at RAS Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. located in Navi Mumbai. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand client requirements and provide solutions
  • Experience in account management or client relationship roles
  • Knowledge of film production or entertainment industry
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
