The TSM will be focused on selling SAP Cloud ERP & other Cloud solutions in the assigned territory. A successful candidate will need to use consultative selling skills to clearly understand customer/prospect business requirements and recommend the best SAP Cloud solutions to meet their business objectives. This role will focus on a broad number of accounts within a mid-market territory. The TSM will be responsible to drive demand generation thru appropriate corporate & solution positioning, co-ordinate pre-sales, identify & manage key customer stakeholders & decision makers, understand customer buying cycles, submit appropriate technical and commercial proposals in co-ordination with the solution practice teams, close license and services deals, update, maintain & report timely forecasts to the SAP & Blueprint management.

Some of the other key responsibilities (not limited to) are mentioned below:

  • The primary responsibility is to build and maintain a pipeline of SAP software license opportunities in Net- New customers & meet assigned revenue targets.
  • Align with SAP sales team, engaging in territory planning, opportunity development, and offering pricing & solution support. Act as single point of contact during sales cycle and communicate sales plan regularly with key stakeholders.
  • Effectively execute agreed sales plan to maximize coverage within the assigned territory and discovering leads and opportunities through direct and indirect prospecting, leveraging Marketing /Demand Generation teams and internal network in the assigned territory.
  • Update and maintain reporting tools to ensure accurate pipeline management.


Qualifications:

  • BE or MBA with 8-10 years of experience in SAAS Sales (experience of SAP or Oracle sales will be given preference)
  • Expereince of selling SaaS to mid-market customers in Goa region
  • Successful track record of meeting revenue targets and in building, elevating and nurturing relationships within key prospects.
  • Konkani speaking, fluent in English & based in Goa are mandatory.
