Mandatory Skills Required :
(a) Ability to create, structure and sell large deals ($5M+) including multi-service deals
(b) Ability to generate $1M+ per year from new logos
(c) Ability to build and maintain relationship with senior leaders in customer organisations (VPs and above)
(d) Clear understanding of concepts in modern networking and applications, Digital Transformation in enterprises, Data engineering and migration, enterprise applications implementation and life cycle support and the ability to sell solutions to customers
(e) Hands-on experience in Sales lifecycle (prospecting including market analysis and competitor assessment, lead qualification, requirement understanding, proposal presentation and Sales closure.).
(f) Good communication and interpersonal skills
(g) Must possess an affable personality with a proven record in interworking and collaboration with other functions (esp. Between Engineering & Sales)
(h) Experience of selling in Europe
(i) Must be willing to travel extensively on business within Europe (expected travel up to 75%)
(j) Understanding of partner and support ecosystem of enterprise applications / SaaS solutions
Desired Skills Required (Preferred but not mandatory):
(a) Exposure to working with Global companies
(b) Experience of working closely with India based delivery centres
(c) Experience in responding to large RFP/RFQs and proposals
Key Work Accountabilities / Responsibilities for the Position Holder:
(a) Ensuring sales growth through
[i] addition of new accounts and
[ii] Revenue enhancement in existing accounts
(b) Planning and executing sales plan for the region
Academic Qualification:
1. Graduate Engineering Degree in Science & Engg. OR a relevant related qualification.
2. Post Graduate Engineering Degree Holders may also apply.
3. An MBA qualification would be an added advantage.
