Key Skills:
- The Candidate should be from IT Industry.
- Candidate should have excellent expertise in- SAAS Sales.
- Should be an individual Contributor and as well as manage a team.
- Should communicate well with confidence and clarity.
- Should be instrumental in growing the client base for the current organization.
- Should have both domestic and international market exposure.
Notice Period: Immediate joiners are preferred.
Experience: 10-15 Years.
Qualification: MBA and any Graduation.
CTC that we can offer: As per the market standards, Salary is not a constraint for an ideal candidate.
It is work from office from Day 1 (5 days working).

Job Description for Head Product Sales SaaS:
- The Strategic Sales Leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for our SaaS products to start with in- India and subsequently- in International markets.
- This role will require a proven track record of delivering high-performing sales, developing new markets, and closing complex deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a highly skilled sales team capable of achieving aggressive revenue targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new market segments and geographic regions, with a focus on India initially and international expansion in the future.
- Customer Acquisition: Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close complex sales deals with key decision-makers.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring that it is well-managed and progressing towards closure.
- Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance / commerce / CA or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the SaaS industry.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and best practices.
- Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for technology and innovation.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling SaaS products in India.
- Knowledge of the Indian market and business culture.
- Experience with international sales and business development.
