We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive - SaaS Sales with expertise in end-to-end enterprise sales. This role requires a deep understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, from prospecting and needs analysis to closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Enterprise Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, product demonstrations, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise-level organizations, understanding their business challenges and goals.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets by identifying and closing opportunities within the enterprise segment.
- Solution Selling: Adopt a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and present CUR8’s solutions as a value-driven offering.
- Account Management: Ensure a seamless handoff to customer success teams post-sale and maintain ongoing relationships to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction and alignment of solutions to customer requirements.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of proven success in SaaS sales, particularly in enterprise-level or B2B environments.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals with enterprise clients.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the SaaS sales process, including solution selling and ROI-based value propositions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Ability to navigate enterprise buying processes and engage with C-level executives.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
