Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual with a strong sales background to join our team as a Customer Experience/Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and driving sales through excellent support and engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support: Deliver quick, friendly assistance via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues. Stay product-savvy to answer customer questions effectively.
2. Sales Support: Spot sales opportunities during interactions, upsell, cross-sell, and help achieve revenue targets.
3. Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless experience, gather feedback, and build lasting customer relationships to drive loyalty.
4. Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams, offering insights to refine customer support, marketing, and product strategies.
5. Data Management: Keep detailed records of customer interactions in CRM, analyze data, and uncover trends for continual improvement.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· 1+ years of experience in customer support and sales, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and customer support tools.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· A passion for skincare and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
