We are expanding ourSales Division in Bangaloreand seeking passionate, performance-driven professionals to join us asOutbound Sales Specialists (Voice – EMEA Region).Role Description As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving participation for our global events across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You’ll connect with senior professionals and decision-makers to promote conference attendance and training enrollments throughhigh-quality outbound calling and consultative sales conversations. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, international exposure, and a hunger to grow in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales calls to professionals across theEMEA regionto promote participation in Exxocon Global’s international conferences and training programs. Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with decision-makers and senior industry executives. Clearly articulate event value propositions, benefits, and topics aligned with client interests. Manage and update CRM databases to ensure accurate and effective lead tracking. Collaborate closely with the marketing and production teams to align messaging and target industries. Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly revenue and conversion targets.Qualifications Experience ininternational voice-based outbound sales, preferably inB2B, events, or training sales. Excellent command of spoken and written English; confident, clear, and persuasive communicator. Strong phone-based selling skills and ability to engage senior professionals internationally. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working towards measurable sales goals. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools is an advantage. Professional demeanor, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience working in sales for the EMEA region or similar markets is a plusRead to Join a Global Sales Career?
