**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales (experience in the healthcare industry a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and confident speaking voice.
- Robust and active listening skills and building rapport with potential patients over the phone.
- Proficient in computer skills and comfortable learning new software (CRM systems).
- A target-oriented and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential patients to raise awareness about EVOKE's hair transplant procedures.
- **Lead Generation**: Qualify leads by understanding callers' hair loss concerns, and suitability for hair transplants.
- **Patient Education**: Educate potential patients on the benefits of our hair transplant solutions, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule consultations with qualified leads from our hair transplant counselors.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointment bookings in our CRM system.
- **Professional Representation**: Uphold a positive and professional image of EVOKE Hair Transplant Clinic during all interactions.
