Job Summary:We are looking for a Telecaller Sales Specialist to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, explain product benefits, drive sales, and provide guidance on our health & wellness supplements. The role involves understanding customer needs, offering suitable solutions, managing queries, and ensuring a smooth purchase experience.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote health & wellness products. - Explain product features, benefits, and usage in a simple, trustworthy manner. - Handle inbound calls, queries, concerns, and assist with placing orders. - Maintain follow-ups with leads to maximise conversions. - Update customer information and interactions in the system. - Achieve daily/weekly sales and call targets. - Provide polite, empathetic, and accurate assistance at all times.Requirements:- Minimum 2 year of telecalling or sales experience (health/wellness preferred). - Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English; additional languages such as Tamil, Malayalam & Kannada are a plus. - Ability to understand customer concerns and pitch suitable solutions. - Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-centric.Compensation:- Salary: ₹1.9LPA to ₹4.2LPA - Incentives on Sales: Earn additional incentives based on monthly sales performance - Performance Milestone Incentives: Extra rewards for achieving set performance targets and milestones
