Prorata is India's first fractional car ownership platform, allowing customers to co-own a dream car by paying as little as 8.33% of its total cost. This model enables leisure and lifestyle use without loans, EMIs, down payments, or rent. Co-owners use an app to reserve dates, and Prorata provides doorstep pickup and drop services. After five years, the car is sold, and the resale value is returned to co-owners based on their ownership percentage. This service is designed for occasional and experiential use.
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Pune, with some work from home flexibility. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. They will also handle day-to-day communication with potential and existing clients to drive sales and meet company targets.
- Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (office in Pune and some work from home)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in the automotive sector, is a plus
